1. General terms & conditions

1.1. This Regulation establishes the procedure for accessing information materials posted on the Internet, forming the information resource malon.atlantistravel.co.il (hereinafter referred to as the Website), rights and obligations of persons supporting the Website (hereinafter Administration/ Website Owner), rights and obligations of persons accessing the Website via the Internet (hereinafter Users).
“Atlantis Travel and Tourism LTD” company reg. number 514101286 is the Owner of the Website.
Users visiting the Website, by default, agree to the conditions, rules, and regulations of the Website listed below.
1.2. The user confirms that he read the terms of the given Regulation and agrees to its provisions, and also confirms that he shall not have direct or indirect claims and complaints against the Website Owner and/or his Administration.
1.3. Some of the information on the Website is written in the masculine form only for convenience and applies equally to men and women.

2. Security

2.1. The protection of the Website complies with high-security standards. Transactions and payments on the Website are carried out under the control of the SSL SECURE SOCKET LAYER system, which provides a full guarantee of the security of any information or data of the User entered on the Website.
2.2. User payments are charged through the payment terminal of PELECARD by one of the leading companies in Israel, specializing in electronic payments.
2.3. The Website Owner guarantees the protection of any payment information submitted by the User while paying the order on the Website. The Website Owner undertakes to use the User’s payment information solely and exclusively for processing this order.
2.4. The User can make a payment by phone, for this, the Website employee shall receive from the User the payment data necessary for placing the order.

3. Obligations and responsibilities of the parties

3.1. The User agrees with all the risks associated with the entering of payment information on the Internet while using the Website.
3.2. The Owner has the right to all posted information on the Website. It is forbidden to use in whole or in part any information or materials posted on the Website, without the prior written consent of the Owner. The User agrees that he is aware that the pictures posted on the Website are used solely for illustration and information purposes, and there may be differences between the pictures placed on the Website and the appearance in reality. The Website Owner is not responsible for the accuracy of the star rating of hotels, this system is used solely for the purpose of facilitating the use of the Website by the User.
3.3. The User is fully responsible for how he uses and manages the information provided on the Website. The Owner is not responsible for the compliance of the information provided on the Website with the User's personal notions.
3.4. All information posted on the Website is fully complete, current and reliable. However, this information does not offer a complete analysis of the topics posted on the Website. The information is general, partial and due to the fact that it is based on data obtained from third parties, there was no accuracy check. The Owner of the Website cannot guarantee the absence of distortions of information or delay of information due to an error or technical failure on the side of third parties.
3.5. The Website Owner is not responsible for moral or material damage that may be caused to the User and/or his property and/or the third party, directly or indirectly, by visiting the Website or by using data posted on the Website, or by one of the reasons listed below:
A) Lateness and/or delay in updating of information and/or unintentional distorting of information as a result of an error/technical failure in data transmission.
B) Violation of the usual operation of the Website, including an error or inaccuracy resulting from a violation of communication, equipment, software on the User’s side or the side of the Website Owner.
3.6. The Owner of the Website is not responsible for any illegal actions committed by the User on the Website.
3.7. The Owner of the Website is not responsible for changes in the information made by the User or another person of a third party.
3.8. The Website contains links to other websites on the Internet. The company provides links to other resources in order to inform the Users and is not responsible for the information provided on the given resources. The Owner is not liable for moral/material damage, direct or indirect, which may be caused to the User due to the use or clicking on the links posted on the Company's Website.

4. Order Processing

An order shall be processed by entering the necessary data in the system of the Company's Website in one of the following ways:
4.1. Fulfillment of an order after the User entered payment data directly to the Company's Website. In confirmation of the order, the User shall be sent an email to the email address he entered during the ordering process.
4.2. Fulfillment of the order due to the transfer of all necessary information about the User (personal and billing data) to the Company’s representative by phone. Order can be processed during working hours: from Sunday to Thursday – from 9:00 to 19:00. On the eve of holidays on Friday - from 9:00 to 13:00.

5. Terms of payment

5.1. A prerequisite for order fulfillment is the full payment of the order.
5.2. The User agrees to pay on the day of order processing.
5.3. The money shall be withdrawn by the Website only after the Website Owner receives written confirmation from the hotel about the reservation in the name of the User.
5.4. All prices listed on the Website are listed in new shekels including VAT, except for the hotels in Eilat, as this is a free trade zone.
5.5. The prices published on the Website at the time of the order are current prices at which the order shall be processed. The Owner of the Website reserves the right to change prices published on the Website at any time without prior notice. These changes do not apply to orders confirmed in writing.
5.6. If at the time of the order processing there are discrepancies in the prices indicated on the Website and provided by the service provider, by default priority is given to the price provided by the service provider.
5.7. After the initial processing, the order shall be transmitted for confirmation to the service provider (hotel). The finally confirmed order is considered an order confirmed by the representative of the Company in writing and sent to the User’s e-mail or by fax. The User is obliged to send by fax the completed and signed data form, a copy of the Teudat Zehut (Israeli personal identification) and a bank card (a necessary measure in combating fraud).
5.8. The prices on the Website are relevant only for the Users – citizens of Israel, residents of the country.
5.9. Prices for tourists can be obtained in the sales department of the Website.

6. Amendment and cancellation of order

6.1. If the User cancels the order after receiving a written confirmation from the Company’s representative 3 working days or more (in low season), and 2 weeks or more (in high season: holidays, July, August) before the date of arrival at the hotel, the Company withholds the penalty in the amount of 100 shekels per room.
6.2. For cancellation of the order by the User, less than 3 working days (in low season) and 2 weeks (in high season: holidays, July, August) before the date of arrival at the hotel, the Company withholds a penalty in the amount of the total cost of the order.
6.3. After the check-in of the User in the hotel, the Company shall not reimburse the costs of any part of the services that the User did not use during his stay at the hotel.

7. General provisions

7.1. The Website Owner reserves the right to replace the hotel ordered by the User with a hotel of the same level or a higher level.
7.2. The Website Owner reserves the right to suspend the ability to use the Website for the User who fully or partially violated these Terms of Use of the Website.
7.3. The provisions of the given Regulation might be established, modified or canceled by the Website Owner unilaterally without prior notice to the Users. From the moment of publication on the Website of the new edition of the Regulation, the previous edition shall be considered as no longer valid.
7.4. The Website Owner has the right to deny access to the Website and change from time to time its structure, content, appearance, availability of services advertised on it, and other aspects related to its operation without prior notice to the User.
7.5. The Website Owner has the right to cancel or change the rules for accepting orders and all prices published on the Website at any time convenient for the Owner without prior notice.
7.6. All relations between the Owner and the User of the Website are governed by this Regulation. In the event that certain issues could not be settled by this Regulation, the relations of the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The only place for the trial is the court in the city of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
